Clients will be notified once the deliverables are ready and accessible.
2.3 Verification of Delivery

Upon delivery, clients are required to confirm receipt and review the deliverables within five (5) business days.
If no issues are reported within this period, the deliverables will be deemed accepted.
3. Shipping of Physical Products (if applicable)
3.1 Delivery Charges

Shipping fees for physical products (if any) will be communicated at the time of purchase or order confirmation.
3.2 Delivery Timeline

Physical products will be shipped within 7–14 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is received.

4. Non-Delivery and Issues

If deliverables are not received due to technical issues, clients must inform us at contact@sebosa.in immediately for resolution.
4.2 Physical Products

In case of non-delivery or damage during transit, clients must report the issue within three (3) business days of the expected delivery date.
4.3 Replacement

Replacements for lost or damaged physical products will be processed once the issue is verified with the shipping provider.
