Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
Clients may cancel their project or service at any time by submitting a written request to contact@sebosa.in.
Cancellation requests must include the client’s name, project details, and reason for cancellation.
1.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations
SEBOSA Software Services reserves the right to cancel any project or service under the following circumstances:
Non-payment or payment delays beyond 14 days from the due date.
Violation of these Terms and Conditions by the client.
Non-cooperation or delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals.
1.3 Impact of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, all work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and must be paid by the client.
Any partially completed deliverables will not be provided unless agreed upon and paid for in full.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
Refunds will only be provided for services not yet rendered or initiated.
2.2 Non-Refundable Payments
Payments for the following are strictly non-refundable:
Initial deposits or advance payments made to secure a project.
Services already rendered, including completed milestones or deliverables.
Third-party tools, plugins, hosting, or domain registration fees paid on behalf of the client.
2.3 Partial Refunds
In cases where significant work has been initiated but not completed, partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of SEBOSA Software Services.
The refund amount will be calculated after deducting charges for work completed, resources allocated, and administrative fees.
2.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
2.5 Disputes
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds must be raised in writing to contact@sebosa.in.
The decision of SEBOSA Software Services regarding refunds will be final and binding.
